Reconcile

Data Migration

Programs fail in the data, not in the keynote. We map, cleanse, load, and reconcile — twice — before anyone is asked to trust the new ledger. Extracts are retired on purpose. The old spreadsheet does not get to remain a second system of record.

What changes

A ledger that ties

Trial balance, open items, inventory, and the operational documents you still need tomorrow.

History with a reason

We migrate what will be used. The rest is archived with a retrieval path, not dragged forward out of fear.

Clean ownership

Data defects have names. Cleansing is a business task with our method, not an IT favor.

Method

How the engagement runs

  1. 01

    Decide what matters

Objects, history window, and the reports that must match on day one.

  2. 02

    Map and profile

Quality rules before the first load, so rehearsal one is already informative.

  3. 03

    Rehearse twice

Load, reconcile, fix the source, repeat. The second cycle is the one we trust.

  4. 04

    Cut over and retire

A signed reconciliation and a plan to switch off the shadow files.

What you receive

  • Migration scope and history window
  • Mapping and quality rules
  • Two rehearsal reconciliations
  • Cutover checklist
  • Retirement list for legacy extracts

When to call

  • Finance will not sign off until the balances are explained.
  • A prior load 'worked' and the subledgers did not.
  • Master data is owned by nobody and used by everyone.

Consultation

Bring us the number that is wrong.

A partner will spend forty-five minutes on it. If we are not the right firm, we will say so before anyone writes a proposal.
