The site

This website describes Calder Holm’s practice. It is an invitation to talk, not an offer to perform services. Nothing here is a proposal, a warranty of outcome, or advice tailored to your company until a letter of engagement says it is.

Engagements

Work begins when both sides sign. Fees, confidentiality, and the use of your data are in that letter. Case studies describe past situations and are not a promise that your numbers will move the same way.

Using the pages

You may read and share links. You may not copy the site’s writing or design and present it as your own, or scrape it to train a model. Trademarks of software publishers remain theirs. We name platforms to describe fluency, not to claim an endorsement.

Liability

The site is provided as published. We are not liable for decisions made solely from these pages. If a local law does not allow that limit, the limit applies as far as the law permits.
