Approach

Sequence. We did not rename the craft. We refused to skip it.

Five movements. You can stop after any one of them. A roadmap that does not earn a program is a successful Orient, not a failed sale.

  1. 01 · Six weeks, fixed

    Orient

The operating truth, a value case with baselines, and a roadmap that says what will wait. You can stop here. Many clients should.

  2. 02 · A decision, not a tour

    Choose

Scripted scenarios, a short list, and a record of the choice. We do not sell the license, so the scoring has nowhere to lean.

  3. 03 · Standard first

    Shape

Process before configuration. Integrate at real boundaries. Customize only by a written exception with an owner.

  4. 04 · A Tuesday

    Land

Slices, two data rehearsals, and a cutover that happens when the numbers agree. The people you met at the start are still in the room.

  5. 05 · After the applause

    Keep

Releases, adoption, and a quarterly look at the outcomes the system was hired to move.

Orient

Fixed fee. A diagnosis, a roadmap, and a clear decision on whether to proceed.

Program

Milestone fees tied to rehearsals and releases, not to hours consumed.

Keep

An annual cadence for a live estate: releases, adoption, and the original numbers.

Consultation

If the method fits, the first hour will show it.

A partner will spend forty-five minutes on it. If we are not the right firm, we will say so before anyone writes a proposal.
