The consultation note

Submitting the consultation form stores the note in session storage so the confirmation page can display your reference. It expires when the browser session ends, and it never leaves the device.

What we do not set

No advertising cookies. No third-party marketing pixels. No cross-site profiles. You can clear site data in your browser at any time; the notice will simply ask again.
