ERP Implementation

We implement in releasable slices, rehearse the data twice, and cut over when the numbers reconcile — not when the calendar becomes embarrassing. Senior people stay through hypercare. You will have met everyone who configures the system.

What changes

A date we will defend

The go-live date is set against rehearsal evidence. If the evidence is thin, the date moves early, in daylight.

Scope that stays thin

Design decisions are logged. New requests wait for a release unless they block the operation.

A business that can run Monday

Roles, managers, and the first week of transactions are practiced before anyone is asked to trust the ledger.

Method

How the engagement runs

  1. 01

    Slice the program

Finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, or the plant — one releasable outcome at a time.

  2. 02

    Design the standard

Process before configuration. Exceptions are written down or they do not exist.

  3. 03

    Rehearse

Two full data cycles and a business simulation with the people who will live in the system.

  4. 04

    Cut over and stay

A weekday cutover, a staffed war room we hope not to need, and hypercare with a named exit.

What you receive

  • Solution design with an exception log
  • Configuration and integrations in scope
  • Two rehearsal reports
  • Cutover runbook
  • Hypercare and benefits checkpoint

When to call

  • You have selected a platform, or you are ready to, and you want delivery without theater.
  • An integrator is in place and you need an independent standard for design and cutover.
  • A prior attempt stalled and the business is tired of programs.

A partner will spend forty-five minutes on it. If we are not the right firm, we will say so before anyone writes a proposal.
